By accessing or using the Linos.AI website, application, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Linos.AI regarding your use of the Services. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Linos.AI

Subject to these Terms, Linos.AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services. This license is solely for your personal or internal business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Services

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Immediately notify Linos.AI of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Not create more than one account per person, unless expressly permitted

Linos.AI reserves the right to disable or terminate your account at any time, in its sole discretion, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Some of our Services require payment of fees. If you subscribe to a paid Service:

• You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and terms in effect when you subscribe
• You authorize Linos.AI to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms
• Subscriptions will automatically renew for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date

Linos.AI reserves the right to change its pricing and subscription terms at any time. If we change pricing for a subscription you have already purchased, we will notify you before charging you at the new price.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and code, are owned by Linos.AI, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services or any content, features, or functionality of the Services. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through the Services without prior written consent from Linos.AI.

You may be permitted to post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit content ("User Content") through the Services. By making any User Content available through the Services, you grant Linos.AI a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to your User Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the rights granted herein
• Your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law
• Your User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party

Linos.AI reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, and remove any User Content at its sole discretion.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LINOS.AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LINOS.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, OR COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT LINOS.AI HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Linos.AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

We encourage you to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of our policies. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Linos.AI is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in the city where Linos.AI's headquarters are located.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Linos.AI may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
